Hi,
I have few queries regarding ILR,
1. I'm on Tier 2 dependent visa ( my husband got his ILR last month and he was on tier 2 general visa sponsored by work ). Should I be applying for set(o) or set(m) application ?
2. My initial visa was issued on 24/04/2014 and current visa is expiring on 10/07/2019.
When am i eligible ? Should I count 28 days before my first visa issue date or 28 days before my current visa is getting expire ?
Many Thanks,

Set(O).

You could have applied already. Your residence starts counting from the date your initial visa was ISSUED.

Thanks for such a quick response.
I thought so and got my application ready but just to confirm about 28 days query I called visa immigration center today and they said I can only apply in June, 28 days before my current visa is getting expire. Now i'm confused...

The call centre is outsourced to a third party and often give out incorrect advice.
You can apply no sooner than within 28 days before the 5th anniversary of your visa issue date OR before your current visa expires.
