Hi
I came to UK in 2009 with my husband and daughter who is 12. My husband is on tier 2 Visa. My daughter and myself are on dependant visa. I applied for ILR (long residence) on 20 March 2019 via super priority service. Still waiting for the decision.

My questions are

1) It is taking too long because I did not apply for my daughter's ILR. should I contact UKVI and tell them that I will apply for her ILR once I'll get mine?
2) Can my daughter apply on her own for ILR via 10 year long residence or should she wait for my husband and myself to get the ILR first. She is 12 that's why asking this question.
3) Is it ok for my husband to apply for ILR after me and my daughter get ilr. He is waiting for English and life in UK test.

Thanks vey much

No. Under Long residence, you should qualify on your own and apply on your own. There is no guarantee that you get a quick decision

Yes. Under Long residence, you should qualify on your own and apply on your own.

No issues there
