Spouse ILR - one child British passport

Hi,
My wife and daughter are on ILR (myself) dependent visa.
My son was born in UK and has British passport.
My wife and daughter are applying for ILR in next 20 days.
We want to confirm what will be the income requirement.
The form says you need to count according to the children
you are sponsoring. As I will not be sponsoring my son who already
has British passport.
How do I calculate the financial requirement and does my wife have
to mention my son as my a dependent child?
Any help appreciated.
Kind Regards

There is no category like “ILR dependent”.
What was your visa category before you got your ILR?
And what is your wife’s and daughter’s current visa category?
Did you get your ILR on 5 year route or LR route?

Hi,
Before I got ILR, I was on Tier 1 General Visa category.
Wife and daughter are currently here as spouse dependant and dependant child visa.
I got ILR on the 5 yr route.
Thanks,

Have they been in the UK for 5 years on a Spouse/child settlement visa or a Tier 1 General dependent visa??
What is their full UK immigration history?
Your post is not clear on the important details.

Yes,
They will complete 5 years on 4th of April.
When they first came to uk (4th April 2014) I already had ILR at the time.
So they were on Spouse / child settlement visa.
They initially got 3 years leave and then we extended it for another 2 years.
Thanks,

Are you sure?? Can't be as spouse settlement visas are issued for 33 months initially and then extension for 2.5 years.

We used VAF 4A Family Settlement Application Form.

We used VAF 4A Family Settlement Application Form.
Then it would have definitely been a 33 month visa and then a 2.5 year visa (30 months).
Settlement visas are not issued on the 3+2 years basis.

If it is only you and the children are settled, then the income requirement is £18,600pa. British children and ILR holder children are excluded from the financial requirement.

Ok thanks,
One more question I have is regarding declaring income.
I run a software company (limited) and the income of the
company was 28k in its last financial year.
Now, the salary and dividends that I have taken out of the
company are not on exact dates as the pay slips and dividend
vouchers. Also the amount is not transferred to my personal
account in same chunks. So for example if I took 1000£ as salary
then it has been transferred as 400, 400, 200 in that month.
Can this be a problem?

Wife and Daughter ILR - Regarding SET(M) and Income

Hi,
I am on ILR. My wife and daughter are on Spouse / child settlement visa
and they will complete their 5 years on 4th April. My son (6 months) has a British passport.
My wife and daughter will apply for ILR within next 2 weeks.
Question 1: Does my wife need to mention my son's name in the SET(M) online form? As he
has a British Passport is it still required to mention him as dependant child?
Question 2: I have a limited company registered and all accounts are up to date. However,
when drawing salary and dividends from the company account, I have not transferred the amount
from business account to personal account on exact date of payslip / dividend voucher. But they
have been taken in small sums. Can this be a problem ?
Will appreciate early help.
Thanks,

Hello Everyone,
I am applying for my wife and daughter's ILR.
I have a limited company and I am employed in my company.
My income from salary from my company is 12000 per year.
The income from dividends for the last year is 14000.
Thus my combined income is 26000£. And I meet the financial requirement.
Which option must I choose on the online SET(M) form?
1) The same amount continuously, above the financial requirement amount
2) The same amount continuously, below the financial requirement amount
3) Not the same amount continuously, above the financial requirement amount
4) Not the same amount continuously, below the financial requirement amount
Please please help as soon as possible.
