Spouse visa - if spouse outside UK for 3 months

Hi,
I have a question about the spouse visa time spent outside UK in the first year.
So, my wife got the spouse visa. Initially she’s here
For 3 weeks and after 3 months she will be back to the UK because of her job notice period that she has to complete. Does this affect her future visa process? I’m aware that for ILR you can’t be outside UK for more than 180 days. Does any kind of rule apply to the spouse visa if the spouse is outside UK for 3 months after receiving the BRP which is valid for 22 months?
Many thanks
Saud

Is it a spouse settlement visa or a PBS Dependent visa??? They have different rules.

It’s a spouse dependent visa. I’m UK National.

There are no absence limits under the spouse visa category.

Thank you.
Not even that 180 days when the time comes for ILR?

The 180 days absence limit ONLY applies to PBS route applicants and not spouse settlement visa holders. They are completely different rules.
