Monthly email from HO

Hi All. I have applied my ILR online as an entrepreneur team on 05.03.2019 my team member has received email from HO after one month about the application under process but I didn’t. What does it mean ??

I mean acknowledgment email.

Its an automated email. Some receive it some dont. Nothing to worry. I have applied in Jan and I did not receive any automated monthly emails since then.

I submitted mine on Friday night the 8th March and acknowledgment email received on Monday the 11th.
After that all quiet
