I have a query on ILR. Please could anyone answer.
I got my citizenship via Tier 1 Gen route. My wife and my elder child are eligible for ILR this Oct 2019.
Due to financial constraints I want to apply ILR for my daughter first (in Oct 2019), would that be okay? Both my wife and my daughter have current visa Tier1 G Dep valid until July 2020. So, I would like to apply ILR for my wife next year before her current visa expires.

Do you see any problem with this, if I apply only for my daughter this Oct 2019 or do I need to apply for my wife as well at the same time, please could you let me know.

The reason why I am asking this is I came across some one's post few days ago where they mentioned that ILR for child has been refused as it was not applied along with her mother.

The child won't be granted ILR without the mother applying at the same time. PBS rules prevent this. They either both apply together or apply for your spouse first and expect HO to ask about the child not also applying.
