Tier 1 extension leading to Ilr

Dear sir,
Following is my timeline —
1:tier 1 entrepreneur visa granted on 12/2014
2- Extention granted in 8/2018 upto 8 /2020
My query is that since I have been unable to stay in the Uk for the requisite stay ( more than 180 days absence in the first year - 2014-2015 ) so would I have to apply again for 2nd extension or could I apply for ILR as well .
