I have just done the online submission and paid for super priority service.

I will be eligible in july 2019 and have applied now hoping to get an appointment before my current tier 2 expiration in august 2019.

After paying the fee it poped a message saying i must submit biometrics by 26th june.

The problem is that i will only be eligible in july so what are my options now?

You do not need to apply that early. Appointments are generally available. Call up UKVI and cancel the application and apply later

And does that mean no refund?

I believe you will be refunded

Called the call center and was told to contact the home office by post.

Is there not a number i can try?
