Qualifying time for ILR

Hi,

I Would like to ask or get an opinion on the time that i will/may qualify for an ILR. Here are my details

I came to the UK in May 2013 under Tier 2 ICT up until Oct 2017. I then have to be converted as a PBS dependant under my wife's Visa (TIER 2 General) - from OCT 2017 onwards. Quite recently my organisation has expressed interest to sponsor me under Tier 2 General (following an job opening), they are happy to sponsor me until the time i qualify for an ILR. Hence my post in this forum.

Please can you let me know - will i be able to qualify for an ILR by Apr/May 2023 under Long residence route or will the clock be reset when i get a Tier 2 general VISA - allowing me to qualify only after 5 years (2025)?

Thanks
s

All visas count for ILR based on long residence, even visitor visas.
