ILR-PBS DEPENDENT- CONFIRMATION EMAIL

Hi All,
I have a quick question, hope some of you can answer me.
My husband applied for ILR-50K and me & my son extension( Tier-1 PBS extension) last week.
He recieved confirmation email from HO for his application within 3 days, But i haven't receive for my application.
what is the estimated time for confirmation email to come ?
BTW my husband BRP appointment is on 6th of May and mine is on 15th may, that would make any difference ?
