Hi All
I came in UK 10th September 2009. I applied entrepreneur extension 23rd June 2017 and interview was on 27th April 2018. So far no decision from HO on my application. I think i can apply ilr on 15th August 2019. If mean HO refused my entrepreneur extension application how can i continue my C3 leave or can i apply ilr before completing 10 years.

If you get to August and hear nothing, you can apply under long residence. Refusal before ILR eligibility could lead to section 3C ending so you will not have 10 lawful years for long residence

....could apply for ILR from August 14 2019
