Dear Zimba, CR001,

As you are aware I did apply ILR- LR - SPV( varied to Tier1EE) on 28.01.2019, it's been pending since then.
I did approach Local MP and he writes to the UKVI in March, now we received a reply saying " Unfortunately there has been a technical error regarding verification of the applicant's biometric information, resulting in the caseworker's inability to proceed ..............

I believe they missed my biometric enrolled information which I gave at Sopra-Steria, do you think is it the real thing or just saying to avoid escalations from MP and from others.
Even if this the case they should ask me again to do biometrics, almost more than 2 months

can I ask them via MP to send a letter again for Biometric enrollment?

Contacted MP: 19/02/2018 and 27/02/2019, Mp's office asked me to wait 20 working days, seems no use

02/04/209: PAP Solicitor send on 2nd of April for not providing service
15/04/2019: UKVI responded by saying they lost my biometric information and organized the letter
23/04/2019: received biometric enrollment letter
23/04/2019: biometric done
29/04/2019: Approval letter received dated on 25/04.2019
30/04/2019: Biometric received, until 2024

As you mentioned that you varied application from Tier 1 (E) to ILR (LR), Did you provide any documents related to Entrepreneur visa?

Also what documents did you submit for ILR (LR)?

I have submitted all the required documents for Tier1 Ent Ext. When I varied to ILR -LR, i made a cover note saying my application is already with UKVI, now I would like to vary to new ILR -LR category. I Applied on Sopra steria 24 hrs service, so I did scan documents for ILR- LR, 1- UK MBA certificates ( for English),
2-Life in UK Test certificate and 3- 10 years in and out dates, that's it. Within like one week I did receive a refund on Tier 1EE application.
