Dear Members,

Please, could you help me with my issue?
I came to this country in May- 2019 & until May 2014 I was having student & PSW visa.
From May 2014 to May-2017 I was on Tier-1 Entrepreneur visa.
From May -2017 got Tier-2 general visa.
This May I will complete 10 years so I am going to apply ILR under the 10 years route.
But I just noticed when I got Tier-2 visa on my COS salary was mentioned
£50000 but my company paid me £41500 then I got yearly increment & my current salary is £44240.

My question is -
Salary difference on COS & actual will be an issue if I apply ILR under 10 years rules?
Also please suggest what is the solution to fix this so I can get an ILR?

Thank you very much for your time.

Hi Zimba,

Thanks for your reply. Yes you are right but I was not aware when I started working for the company.
Please could you suggest what is the solution on this issue?

Thanks.

This is up to HO. You cannot pay someone lower than the salary on the COS. Their licence may be revoked and your ILR may not be approved.
