Pension Query - Tier1 Ent ILR

Hello Guru's
Our company was registered in Feb 2018 to make pension contributions. We have paid the pensions to the pensions contributor on a regular basis; however, our accountant has failed to add this to the payslip submitted to HMRC through FPS.
Unfortunately, we failed to check this when our payroll was being generated.
Our accountant has now submitted the amended FPS records to HMRC.
My question is whether this makes any difference to our application and CAN we show a cover letter to explain this? And DO we show a cover letter to explain this?
Also, do we need to submit this or is it an optional requirement.
Many Thanks for All your time & Help !!

Hello Guru's
One of my employees started working for my company in Jan 2018 and was working in my company until the end of June 2018 , she handed in her notice on the 1st of June 2018 , So we reduced her Pay just for the month of June to 7.83 (Basic wage) from 10£ an hour. But was still working at-least 30 hours per week in June and all other months.
1: So do we have we explain this in our cover letter ?
2: Do we have to give the reason why we did this ?
3: Will this make any impact to our application (in terms of genuineness of our business) ?
Many Thanks For All your Time and Support !

No.. only requirement is to pay at least minimum wage.
No need to give explanations for something that is ur prerogative.

Deductions like pension are not relevant to UKVI
Applying for ILR ( Tier Ent Route) Without team partner.

Hello Gurus,
I am applying alone for my ILR end of this month .
I made the initial application and extension as entrepreneur team under 50K, But my partner has now decided to apply for his ILR under the 10 years route.
He is still the business partner, director and 50% share holder as me in the business. No changes to the business in anyway.
So my questions are
1: Do I have to mention that my partner is applying separately on my cover letter?
2: Do I have to provide any additional documents and/Or Accoutant letters with my application as my partner is applying separately 2 few months after my application under different route ?
3: Will this impact our application in any way ?
4: Do I use any solicitor to help me submit my ILR application or can I just do it on my own?
5: will there be any different or any additional questions/sections to fill in the actual application form ?
Your help time and guidance in this matter is highly appreciated!!
Many thanks

No is the answer to all your questions. Your application is separate
