permission to appeal in upper tribunal

Post by Khan881 » Thu May 02, 2019 3:51 pm

Hi

I have been rejected by UT, and want to apply for permission to the appeal of court in upper tribunal. I have decided to leave the country but want to buy some time, I have made the grounds, but i am confused with the form, i have to attach along with grounds.

I was told that iaut-1 is the form but not sure because questions are asked about first tier, not from upper tribunal.

guide plz

Useful to state what was refused or what your immigration history is??

All your previous posts seem to be about break in section 3c, varying Tier 1 Ent to ILR etc etc.

If you are not willing to give more information as already asked twice, it is impossible for anyone (all strangers) to give you any advice!!! We are not mind readers!!!

In Upper tribunal decision, it was stated, " Rule is Rule". and I was short of 40 days from 10 yaers, My barrister raised the point for Comparative analysis of my life in uk.

I have made the grounds for permission to appeal, which i have to submit in upper tribunal. I am confused with the application forms, which i have to submit alongwith grounds.

I don't understand why you simply cannot post your full UK immigration history on the forum, including all visa start and expiry dates and dates of applications, if you expect members to offer any advice

If you were short for ILR LR, then why were you short???

If you plan on leaving the UK, why bother with the appeal??

Hi Khan. This is the same form which you send to ftt. You have to send same form to same address. And this time they automatically transfer to iper court.

Hi Khan. I m telling you from my experience. I send same form which I did send it before to ftt. But this time I write different ground. Because I was confused like you because I did not find upper court form. But I did not face any problem when I send the same form to same address. That's all I know
