Hi,

I have submitted my ILR application via 5 years Tier 2 route and awaiting decision.
Now yes I have to wait and what I have read so far there is no way to check the status.
But I found this link and when I enter my data I get *There is no limit on how long you can stay in the UK.* .. does that mean my application might be successful and the cards are in transit (I haven't received any email)

If your right to work is changed to “there is no limit” under the details, your application is approved and you will receive brp and approval letter soon.

I am not sure if it changed, as the message I got before biometrics was "We cannot show your details" so I don't know what it was before. but lets go with what you have confirm

Are you seeing your photo? Your name? Then it says “you can work” in UK under your name and in the details it says “no limit to live in the UK”?

If the status shows no limit your ILR is granted. But hold on till you receive your approval letter before any celebrations.

yes it shows my old photo the one thats on my existing BRP card. and yes everything that you have mentioned.

Shame that I didn't know of this link before, I would have checked my status last month to see the difference.
Since I checked it just before my biometrics (and after submitting online form) may be it was in no decision stage thats why it said cannot show your data.

Yes, won't open that Champaign bottle till I get the letter and card .

I just checked mine and it shows my photo in BRP and says that I can work until the expiry date on BRP. I haven't applied for ILR yet so I suppose yours has been granted!

thanks for confirming Rashiadnan, so far sounds great.
Do remember to check it again after you submit and pay the ILR fees, may be that time it will say cannot show your data as it will be under process.

i have applied almost one and half month ago for ILR and check my status now it shows that i can work untill the expiry date

ah sorry to hear that hamzakhani, is the expiry date same as your Tier 2 BRP? did you apply for super priority service?

My status said restricted work business only and expiry date was expiry of my Tier 1 extension BRP until I was granted ILR.

After ILR approval, the status changed to as you mentioned above.

Call DX and check if they have a delivery for you.

Note: Although the ILR BRP has a new number on it but I checked my status with the old BRP number and it worked as stated above. So hopefully you will have good news soon!

Most probably DX will have your BRP by now.

Hi guys,

I applied Tier 1 Entrepreneur ILR in November 2018 and my BRP expired end of November 2018.

My status is showing "Your BRP is not valid"

What does this mean?

Yes some people have reported status changing and brp sent off after a few days. So hang in there.
