Queries regarding reapply for 10 years ILR

If I can’t find a new sponsorship before end of July, and proceed to reapply for 10 years ILR with 50ish days in excess, how likely would it be rejected again?

2. Since a typical 10 years ILR will take 6-7 months for the outcome, if my 2nd 10 years ILR is refused again, assuming I will get the result around Jan 2020, would it be possible for me to reapply (for the 3rd time) right after my refusal when my total leave to be 100% below 540 days?

3. Is there another option that I have missed?

If you leave with a valid leave and return within 6 months with any visa your 10 years will be protected. The worst case scenario you can leave when you still have valid leave for few months and reapply to get back as student or visitor and then apply for ILR.

I have considered the visitor route. However my nationality (British National Overseas) have 6 months visa free entry into uk, therefore would that counts towards my 10 years?
