Hello Sir,
I hope you are well.
I have little query.
I am on tier one entrepreneur Visa at the moment. I am completing my ten year long stay in the UK on 21st of May this year. I received my first Visa on 21st may while I reached UK on 6th of June on student visa.
Can you please tell me when is the most appropriate time to apply for my ILR? I want to apply for super priority service.
I don’t want to make a silly mistake and repent later. Thanks

You can apply no sooner than within 28 days before 6th June. Long residence ILR starts counting from the date you entered the UK.

So it means I m eligible to apply for set lR from 09 may 2019. Can I go for super priority service.
