Hi
I am in a Tier 2 General Visa. I need some guidance before I apply for my ILR application on 5 years Tier-2 (General) route.

Can someone please let me know if I have to provide english certificate B1 or NARIC certificate?

I have asked our company's immigration team and they said - I don't need to get B1 or NARIC certificate as i would have already satisfied english language requirement when I was granted tier 2 general visa for the first time in June 2014.

Please advise.

Thanks & Regards
Shruti

You need to submit either one again. English and Liuk is mandatory for ILR.

Much has changed in the 5 years since you applied for your Tier 2 visa. You either need a NARIC ELA (Red route) or B1 level English obtained from a test/test provider on the HO approved list.

Both options have a fee of £150

Edit: Beaten by a speedier CR001, while I corrected my spelling.
