ILR qualifying period Question

Hi I need a little help wondering if anyone could help.

My Set LR has been rejected twice as I break the continuous period by travelling too much. Was 9 days over last time I applied.

I would be eligible to apply in June again by making up the 9 days, however in my day entered the UK I was outside the UK. I.e application 30 June 2019, 10 years back would be 30 June 2009 I would have been out of the country exactly 540 days however My vacation started on the 21 June 2009 (hence making up the 9 days).

Would this be allowed super worried

Thanks

1. Please refrain from tagging onto other members topic, it is unfair to other posters.

2. There is NO requirement to be physically present at the start of the qualifying period for ILR if you have been here for longer than 10 years, this is ONLY relevant to British citizenship applications. You simply need to meet ALL the requirements.

so am I right in thinking that in my application if I put the date of entry as 30/06/2009 that would be the start of my 10 year continuous period and that will be fine?

You need to answer the question honestly and put the date you actually entered the UK. If you were not here on the 30th June, then it is not true as your date of entry.

What date did you re-enter the UK after that particular trip??

You really need to be 100% accurate in your information on the form to avoid a third refusal.

I re-entered on 04/09/2009 on that particular trip. So should I put this date? and apply on the 30/06/18 or 28 days earlier

Hi,

I've been in the UK since September 2008 on a combination of tier 4 and tier 2 visas.

I'm planning on applying for ILR based on 10 year continuous period and have been in the uk for 10 years and 8 months

I will meet all the requirements i.e 10 year period with less than 540 days spent outside the UK on the 03/07/2019.

Am I correct that:
1. I can apply 28 days prior to this i.e on the 05/06/2019
2. the date of entry I put on my application for is still September 2008 as the continuous period is calculated backwards from the application date i.e 05/06/2019-05/06/2009

Thank you
