10 Year Long Residence

Hello there - I'm in UK since 2010 but my first visa was a Business Visitor visa issued in June 2010 in which I have visited UK twice for 4 weeks each. Thereafter in November 2010 itself I have got my first Tier2 Visa and have been on Tier2 ICT and General Visas since then. My query is will I be eligible for 10 yr long residence in June 2020 or November 2020? meaning will my visit visa count and my counter will start from the Visit visa issue date in June 2010?
