Impact of Maternity Leave on ILR

Hi

I am currently working on a Tier 2 visa ( main applicant ) and started maternity leave 3 months ago. My initial plan was to take one year of maternity leave but at a second thought I am concerned that it might have an impact on ILR.

I am entitled to occupational maternity pay and statutory maternity pay and I am planning to resume working at the end of this one year of maternity leave.

1-Will being on maternity leave affect ILR given that my salary will obviously drop below the pay threshold ?

2- can this reset the count towards ILR ?

3- will the year of maternity leave still cont towards ILR ?

Thanks
Abeer
