Error in submitting online application for SET(LR)

Hi, I am preparing for my SET(LR) online application. At one page it is asking what is the "Other reasons for wanting to stay in the UK". But the problem is whenever I'm trying to submit it shows error. Here is the error showing

Review your answers:
your answer cannot have non-English or special characters
I am not using any non English or special characters in the application and no idea why this error showing.
Anyone got similar problem? How to solve it?
