Hi,
I am applying to ILR from TIER2 - General, while filling the ILR application form,
one of the question asks, Yes or No to the "Have you ever been refused visa".
In my case, i got a visa refused in 2013.
I appealed against the refusal in court, after the court hearing, refusal has been with drawn and visa granted.
Please let me know whether i should select Yes or No to the "Have you ever been refused visa" question.

I appreciate your help.

Many thanks

You should declare it and mention the reason. It will have no impact on your ILR but be honest.

No need. Online application form provides you a space to mention the reason.
