Hello,
I am a bit confused on the eligbility. I have entered the UK on a student visa on 2010. Then switch between different visa. I got married in 2014. I have applied for FLR(M) twice. My latest FLR(M) expires on 27/08/2019. Will I need to apply 28 days before 27/08/2019 or can I apply earlier since I have been here since 2010?
Thank you all for your help

What date was your first FLR(M) issued and valid from??
What 'different visas' have you held before you applied for FLR(M)??
For ILR on SET(M), you must have 5 years on FLR(M). Student and other visas don't count towards the 5 years on SET(M).

Thank you for your quick response.
I was on Post-Study work visa and then Tier 2 work visa before FLR(M). My first FLR(M) was issued on 08/09/2014 to 27/02/2017. By the sound of it my earliest date I can apply is 30/07/2019.

You can apply no sooner than within 28 days before the 5th anniversary of your initial flr m start date. So within 28 days before 8th September.

Hello, I am always under the impression that I can apply for SET(M) no more than 28 days before my current visa expires which is on 27/08/2019. Is that not correct?

CR001 advice is always correct , you can apply ideally on 13 August or onward date but before expiry of LTR .
