i am british citizen my wife apply lr route been here 10 year 9 months have 2 year old daughter born here she been here on marriage visas question 12 b say provide proof cohabitation would they already no from our previous visa s they granted us

Under long residence she must qualify on her own. Her relationship with you is not relevant. No need to submit cohabitation docs

my wife has failed life in uk test what type on visa extension should we apply for now we can t do long residence visa please

it is marriage visa runs out 8 august

Is it FLR(M) spouse visa?? There are more than one spouse/dependent visa categories.

If it is FLR(M), then renew the visa for a further 2.5 years if she is not going to try do the LIUK before her current visa expires.

yes it is flr m visa the problem i have im self employed got my last years account upto end of tax year april 2019 but have not earned hardly any wages in last 3 months but my wife has work 24 hours a week will this meet financial requirements
