Decision Letter and BRP card?

Hi
Just wondered if anyone received their BRP card but not the decision letter? Are they supposed to come together? Many thanks.

Some people get the decision letter first and then the BRP. Others get the BRP first. The letter comes signed for by mail and the BRP by courier.
