Hi,

I am eligible for ILR in Nov 2018, and my employer did not issue the letter at that time and asked me to wait further. Now I am asking my employer to provide me letter to apply for ILR and still they are not responding properly. Can you please advice me what need to be done. I have my Visa valid until December 2019.

Not sure what you mean hy "they are not responding properly"?

Initially they said, will issue the letter after reviewing the payslips and later they are not responding to the mails.
