Hi,

I gave biometrics for the super priority service on Saturday and haven’t heard back yet, but I note that I am still able to upload documents on UKVCAS. Is that normal? I would have thought I wouldn’t be able to upload after the biometrics appointment was done and it was all sent off. It’s making me nervous that they didn’t send my application at the appointment / something went wrong.

It’s normal. Just don’t upload anything now as it won’t be forwarded to HO.
Wait a few more days before winding urself up..

Typically but not necessarily.. if they take longer you can ask for a refund

Your sopra account stays active even after a decision is made. Its weird but true.

24 hour service is not a guarantee. Many members have waited days or some weeks. Stay patient. As aman said you can ask for a refund after you get your ILR.

As advised nothing is wrong. A refunds will be given if the service takes longer. Wait to hear back
