Hi vfinancials
I know you have applied on 18/12/2018 for E ILR,

My status has changed from 3 June but haven’t received decision letter and BRP
I’ve contacted, received generic reply “not completed”.
I’m trying to find what’s wrong with my application or it’s a normal Home office procedure.
