Hi all

My wife arrived into UK in 2013 via post study work visa dependant. After that we switched to tier2 general and she continued as dependant. During her first application when applied in India she has written IELTS and used it to prove English requirements.

Now it’s tome for us to apply ILR, so can we use the OLD IELTS certificate, although the website states we can get use it but had this doubt because

1. The IELTS expired in 2014
2. It was used as part of application submitted in INDIA, not in UK.

Please help. If the above is not an option please suggest an alternative other than UK NARIC.

PBS dependents were never required to prove English so any evidence that was submitted would have been disregarded.

She needs a B1 test on the current test and provider list for ILR.
