ILR for Wife and Further Leave to remain for stepson's

Hi all,
Wondering if someone can help/advise me as I find myself in bit of a pickle here.
My wife has been in the UK for 6.5 years now as my dependent and we need to apply for her ILR in a week’s time which I am doing by using the SET(M) online form so all good here.
Challenge however comes with my stepson’s application.
My stepson’s came over to UK almost 3-3.5 years ago on tourist visa and we filed their leave to remain application using FLR(O) form as advised by gov.uk immigration helpline because they didn’t fall into any specific application and they were dependent of my wife them who use FLR(M) form.
When all three (My wife and two stepsons) applications were approved for 30 months’ letter read that my wife can apply for ILR after 5 years however my stepson’s may be able to apply for ILR after 10 years.
Now as I understand I can’t add them as dependent to my wife’s ILR application because she is eligible for ILR but not my stepson’s.
So the question is which form to use for my step son’s will it be FLR(o) or some other form please?
Would appreciate a quick response and help please.
