Hi,
Applied before 8 July 2012, application refused but DLR granted in 2013 - 2014
1st extension applied, 3 year DLR granted, 2014 - 2017
2nd extension applied, 3 year DLR granted, 2017 - 2020

Which option should I select on the following page?
https://www.gov.uk/settle-in-the-uk/y

When can I apply for ILR?
Following page says:
https://www.gov.uk/settle-in-the-uk/y/y ... nary-leave
How long you must have lived in the UK
You need to have lived in the UK for:
6 years if you applied on or before 8 July 2012
10 years if you applied from 9 July 2012
Thanks

Hi,

I will really appreciate if anyone can guide me thought ILR application process.

Initial grant DLR June 2013
1st Ext. DLR Aug 2014 – Aug 2017
2nd Ext. DLR Nov 2017 – Nov 2020

Too much confusion !!!

When can I apply for ILR?
How Much Fees?
Main stages of application process and what I need to do with Sopra Steria?
Do I need to scan documents myself?
Do I need to make online application to the Home Office (or Sopra Steria) or is there paper application form?
Should I go for super priority or priority?

Many thanks
ash

Application (non-asylum) was made before 8 July 2012 but leave was granted in 2013...
after that, I applied (2-times) for FLR separate extensions and got 2x 3-Year (not 2.5 Year) extensions
still 6 Years? or 10 Years?
Please clarify.

Thanks
