Error in Submitted Application Form

Hi, I filled my wife application form for ILR Tier 1 Dependent. I think I have made a mistake in application form where it asks:

Does the account with the bank or utility company for which you have supplied information and supporting documentation relate to another person who is to provide you financial support?

I have selected it as NO because I was not intended to provide my bank statement but just my wife's bank statement. But later on, I saw in supporting documents, it has asked me (ILR Holder Husband) to send them a signed consent form.

Can I change the above option while fee has been paid and appointment has been booked for 19th July or I have selected it No correctly. And is HO asking for third page of the consent form to be filled by me or a separate written consent to process any verification on me?

Please let me know. Thanks

Its not a serious error. Print the relevant page, manually correct it and upload with a brief cover letter before the appointment. You will be okay.
