Hello everyone
It’s urgent I got super priority date next for ILR

I Came uk in 2007 October
Until 2015 I had student extension

2015 - I applied TIER 2
Got refused and got ban

2017 by consent in court , home office withdraw my deception and granted 28 day to apply new application out of time.

I applied FLR LR and got refusal in 2018 stating that they don’t count JR time

I went to ftt court and won the appeal and said I have my 10 years lawful status with 1 period of overstay which is disregarded.

Home office granted me FLR LR BASED ON LONG RESISTANCE on para 276A1
it was FLR LR

NOw am going to apply ilr.
Any issue will come or m within the law ?
As Ahmed case is there ?
Any chaances

There is no one who can advise me ? Hello members ?

According COA Ahmeds case you can't have previous or current period of overstaying to qualify for 10yeaars ilr
Some applicants are still getting it and some unfortunates are being rejected.
