Hi
My time line is
Arrived UK as student 19/08/2009
PSW until 12/01/2014
Tier 1 refuse and after appeal got visa until 12/03/2019.
Applied Tier 1 extension 12/03/2019
Result still pending
I have plan to varry ILR 24/08/2019 (26 days early than 10 years) by this time my wife will varry FLR M as her application pending as well T1 dependent.
She have english A1 certificate. Income need to show £18600.
I got salary £800 p/m from my company and my wife earning £800 p/m.
My Question about payslip.
Shall I need to give payslip recent 12 months combine payslip.
Or shall I need to give payslip my company financial year period combine period as I taking salary from my own company.
I am confused about payslip matter.
My Q2. Is it okay if I apply 26 days early use super prioriy service although my application still pending?
Thanks all respected members in advance

You cannot use your own payslips, you must provide self assessment. I suggest not to use priority service as you are varying

Thanks zimba
I have plan to go my ILR as super priority from vary tier 1 extension.
And my dependent vary to Flr FP as standard service.
My dependent will vary Flr M when my ILR allowed.

I suggest not to use the priority service as your ILR will not be granted that fast as you are varying
