do I have to submit all my p60s and p45s for entire my Tier2 general 5 years tenure? or latest p60 is enough ?
Many thanks for your help

You don't need them at all. You only need 1-3 payslips and corresponding bank statements.

thanks for your response. I'm going to submit below docs. are they enough?
1. Passport
2. BRP
3. last 3 months payslips
4. last 3 months back statements
5. Life in UK test
6. English language B1 Certificate
7. letter from current employer stating they still need me
8. absence letters from current and previous employers.
My wife is on Tier2 PBS dependent visa valid until July 2020. can she stay on same visa while I'm applying for ILR? do I have to tell UKVI that I will apply later for my wife's ILR dependent visa in cover letter?
Many thanks

Fine.

Yes she can stay on her visa and extend it if necessary, till she can apply for ILR.
do I have to tell UKVI that I will apply later for my wife's ILR dependent visa in cover letter?
No. Note that 'ILR Dependent visa' is a completely different visa category and will reset your wifes qualifying time for ILR to zero if you switch visas.

thanks a lot, one final question
After getting ILR, if I want to change my job and work some where else, can my wife be on same dependent visa and extend it before expiry or she has to apply for ILR dependent visa?

You are free to change jobs once you have ILR. It has NO effect on your spouse's PBS Dependent visa, current or extension. She is dependent on YOU, not your tier 2 sponsor.

Hi, I saw one of your queries in the forums was in relation to your old IELTS taken in 2014 that you were intending to use for your ILR application. I also saw you got your ILR approved (congrats!) Could you please let me know if you ended up using the 2014 IELTS certificate? or did you take a new IELTS for UKVI test? Would appreciate you response please. thanks!
