Hi All,

I would like to know the consequences of increasing salary in the last three months of applying for ILR via TIER 2 (General) route.
Just to let you know, I wasn't aware that the Gross Salary was 35K, whereas, to become eligible it's 35,800GBP.

Please provide assistance. Thanks

What was the increase? Why was it increased? Was it increased for only yourself? Was it increased just to meet the threshold?

HO may investigate your case more and you should be prepared for any delays that may cause. Also, in such instances they can also visit the employer directly.

That's because I'm working with this employer for the last 2.2 years and he wants to keep me in the business.
Is that a grieve issue?
