I came in UK on Tier 1 General years ago and since 2017 I am British Citizen. Now my wife will complete 5 years next month and I would like to apply ILR for her. Currently she is on Tier 1 General Dependent.
Am I filling SET(O) or SET(M) , bit confused.

Thanks

Thanks. Her current visa will expire in 06/08/2019. Is online application should be sufficient or we need to get urgent face to face appointment? Thanks

Date if application is the date you submit and pay online. The date of biometric appointment with the third party agent (ie NOT the home office) is irrelevant.

I am going to pay for application today. I have got two options pay normal and pay urgent. As my wifes visa going to expire on 06/08/2019 should i choose urgent or its irrelevant?

We are not travelling anywhere so we dont need urgent application back only my concern is her expiry date of current leave to remain. Thanks

standard service costs 2408.20
and super priority costs 3208.20

we dont need to get passport with ILR urgently , we just need to reach application and start on the case before 06/08/2019

It is irrelevant if the appointment is after visa expiry.

The only important date is the date of online application and submission. Section 3c kicks in if her visa expires as long as she applied before visa expiry.

Thanks sir. We got appointment with UKVI on 8th of August.

Now we need to go with all the documents mentioned in the things need to do next. Supporting documents plus the mandatory documents. Regarding support documents where we can see the accurate list. Do we need to fill Set(0) paper form? (I dont think so as we did it online.)

Regarding Utility bills etc , we do not have all the bills. I just want to see the accurate list for support documents so we know what to take with us. I am the earner of money at home so I guess I need to get the bank statements?

No!! There is no longer a paper form!!

The online form gives you a checklist and you add 2 years evidence of cohabitation etc. There is no requirement to prove income.

Hi thanks for reply

Regarding the cohabitation docs, i have council tax and water bills on my wife and my name but for some months bills are either lost or accidentally put in the bin. How do you go about that?
Me and wife do not have joint bank account, I support her and pay the bills. She has her own account where I put some money in.

You need 3-6 items in either joint names or individually addressed to cover the 2 years, items to be spread out evenly across the period, ie every 3 to 4 months.
