When can I Apply

Hello Dear Senior Members,
I hope all members will be doing great.
I am in the process of getting ready to apply for ILR Set (O) T1 (Ent) (50K). I am wondering that when can I apply for that.Below is the the detailed history of my journey on this route.
Got my initial T1 (Ent 50k) leave on 20th Sep 2014 valid till 20th Sep 2017. Extension granted from 13/10/2017 till 13/10/2019. Now my question is that after what date can I actually apply for ILR?? is it 28 days before the end of my current leave or 28 days before the qualifying period (28 days before the 5 years period(in this case 20th Sep 2019))?

Dear members,
Can you please shed some light on the below scenario.
The 2 FT jobs has to be 12 months each immediate before we apply for ILR or can be any 12 months during the extension period?
As I have got many choices of jobs so a little confused which combination to go with to fulfill this requirement. Below are their starting dates and working hours. Please mind that I had my T1 (Ent 50k) visa extended on 13/10/2017.
JOB 1
Employee 1: Started 01-09-2016===Ended 31-08-2018 (FT 130+ Hours)
Employee 2: Started 01-09-2018===Ended 30-11-2018 (FT 130+ Hours)
Job 2
Employee 3: Started 15-08-2016===Ended 31-12-2016 (FT 130+ Hours)
Employee 4: Started 01-01-2017===Ended 31-12-2017 (FT 130+ Hours)
Employee 5: Started 01-03-2018=== Still working (FT 130+ Hours)
JOB 3
Employee 6: Started 01-04-2016=== Still Working (Part Time 69 Hours/Month)
JOB 4
Employee 7: Started 01-06-2016===Ended 28-02-2019 (Part Time 80 hours/Month)
Employee 8: Started 24-04-2019=== Still Working (Part Time 69 Hours/Month)

All you need is 2 FT JOBS (30 hrs/week minimum) that existed 12 months each AFTER extension. Employees can come and go but each job should exist for 12 months each. Not necessarily continuous.
You can claim for any 12 months AFTER extension.
You can apply 28 days before 20th Sep 2019.
Note application date is when you pay and submit online NOT the biometrics date . So do NOT hit the submit button before you qualify.

You can claim for Job 1 and Job 2 from 13-10-2017 till 12-10-2018 or any 12 months after extension.

Job 1 I can claim from let's say 01-11-2017 till 30-10-2018 which is 12 months exactly and Job 2 I can claim 01-03-2018 till 28-02-2019 or any 12 months???

Dear Members,
I have a question regarding the new requirement for job description for director or employees for Tier 1 (Ent) 50k ILR category. The question is
Do we need to write the job description for director and employees on seperately or the ones mentioned in their Job Offer Letters/Contracts enough to fulfill the requirement?

Employee job contracts/offer letters are NOT required. Do not send extra stuff to HO which is not required. Simply state it briefly on an A4 sheet or cover letter. Its a new requirement so not much feedback on it. There is no specific format either.

Last night I was filling my ILR online application and got confused with the entries on the application form.
My jobs scenario is below so please advise how to enter them on the form?
Job 1. IT Support Assistant (Middlesex)= Part Time 16Hours/Week (started jan 2016 & still working)
Job 2. IT Support Assistant (MIddlesex)= Part Time 20Hours/Week (Started June2016 and left Feb2019)
Job 3. Business Development Manager = Full Time 130 Hours/Month (Started Aug2016 & left Aug2018)
Job 3. Same as above= The BDM was then replaced by another employee (Started Sep2018 & leftNov2018)

So then just submit payslips and RTI of the stated pediod.
So on the application form I enter the Job 1 as per above details but with the job 2 I am confused. Should I enter it as add an employee to job 1 or should I enter it as job 2?
Either should be fine. Job share or two part time jobs combined but have existed for 12 months each.

rrelevant. What’s with Middlesex? It’s a borough in London..
You can apply 20 Sept minus 28 days!
Make sure of the initial issue date.

Thank you very much for the clarification.
I was slightly confused if we can add 2 employees to share 1 job. Because i could not find anything about the job sharing in the guidance.The guidance just says "you can combined 2 part time jobs to claim 1 full time job".
So you mean 2 employees can share a full time job by working part time each? correct me please if i did not understand it correctly.

Yes. That is correct! It’s very normal in uk to hire people on pro rata basis.. I myself had two employees in job share.. but that was last year and when transitional arrangements were applicable.. At the same time you can have two part time positions combined as well doing the same work.. as you said the days and hours were different... I don’t think you should have a problem either way as long as both jobs/employee fulfil the criteria. That’s my opinion..
