Hi
My husband is applying for ILR under Long residency, he is currently on Spouse/partner Leave to Remain. Does he need to submit my passport as well? Note - I am a British citizen and not applying for anything here, but it appears my passport might be needed because he is currently under the Spouse visa. Does anyone have any info on this?

Thanks CR001.
He talked to the Home office on the number provided in the website and they said that he should if the application asks for it. Is anyone aware if the application ever asks for it?

The application for SET(LR) asks for many documents (non mandatory) that are not required for long residence ILR.

The call centre is an outsourced third party.
