Hello everyone,
So i got married on 12sep 2014. Got first spouse visa 26th sep 2014.
And the 2nd spouse visa expries on 27th august 2019. While the exact 5 years of marriage would complete on 12sep 2019(if i am not wrong).
Now if I apply for ilr as its my 2nd spouse visa can I be rejected becs of these missing number of days?
The missing days are bcs i went for an extension of my 2nd spouse visa 20 days ahead of pervious visas expiry. And as it was a premium appointment got it the same day hence the difference in the number of days.
Any help would be grratly appreciated

No. Your marriage date is irrelevant the 5 years is based on the 5 years visa anniversary. Apply before visa expiry and as long as your decision date is within 28 days of 5 year mark you should be fine

Hello all,
I have my current spouse visa expiring on 28th august 2019.
5 years of marriage will complete on 12sep 2019.
Can I apply 28 days before my current visa expires or 28 days before i complete my 5 years on spouse visa as that would be on 12sep2019.
Many thanks

You date of marriage is irrelevant as you have already been advised.
Your ILR qualifying start date is the date your visa was issued if you applied within the UK on FLR(M).

Thanks both for prompt response and advice.
So my first visa was issued on 13/09/2015
Then it was renewed and my current visa expires on 28/08/2019.
So if i count 5 years anniversary of my visas flrm it comes upto 17th august 2019. Thats when there is less than 28 days left.
Am i right?

Sorry the 2nd one 13/09/2014 was the first flrm issued.
Also regarding the financial requirement. If my sttled partner fullfill the requirement of earning above 18600 per annum do i need to submit my proof of income too? Or just my spouse' is enough?
Thanks

Hello all,
Since the new system of application is in place. I am applying for ilrm on super priority basis. Have completed thr online form and now its asking for payment before giving me any appointment date.
My question is:
What date will be considered as date of application?
The date I male payment on?
Or
The date I select as my appointment for enrolling biometrics?
Thanks.

What date will be considered as date of application?
Date of application is the date you submit and pay online and this date should be within the 28 days before reaching 5 years requirement.
The date I select as my appointment for enrolling biometrics?
The date of your appointment is irrelevant.
