Hi all, firstly apologies for the post, I've spent the better part of today on here and I think I have it correct; however I wanted to ask just in case I've missed something. I'm 90% sure it's similar to this, but here goes anyways indefinite-leave-to-remain/10-year-ilr- ... ml#p945469

Visa applied and granted outside of UK
Valid 9-9-14 to 9-6-17
Arrived in UK: 4 Nov 2014
Spousal Visa, 5 year route, end date 4 Nov 2019

First FLR extension, successful:
Issued 11-4-17
Until 19-10-19

So from expiry, (19 Oct) until 5 year end-date (4 Nov), I am missing 16 days.

But, if I apply for IDL, SET(M) on 19th Oct 19, then the difference in not making the 5 years total (16 days short), is valid? As I'm within the 28 days of application before 5 years is up. Have I got it correct 100%? (and I could actually apply earlier than 19th Oct as far as it's within the "28 days" and not more?)

Thanks in advance all,
Kind regards,
B

You can apply on any date from 07/10 but before visa expiry..
