ILR due- Change job after ILR and effect on Tier 2 dependents visa

Dear Gurus and experts please help me on this.
• I am on a Tier 2 (General) visa, my visa is valid until Jan 2020. I will finish my 5 years on Tier2 General visa in Aug 2019.
• My wife and son joined me in Dec 2014 and are on Tier 2 Dependent visa (PBS dependent), they will finish their 5 years in Dec 2019, and their visa is also valid until Jan 2020.
• My another child is born in UK in Nov 2015 and on a Tier 2 Dependent visa (PBS Dependent) which is also valid until Jan 2020.
My current contract is until end of Dec 2019, I have another job offer. I would be grateful if you could please suggest whether after getting my ILR, can I change the job, in that condition, please suggest whether my dependents Tier-2 visa will still be valid as their visas will be based on my previous sponsor. So if I change the job, can my wife and son still apply for the ILR ? and I can still apply for my daughter’s naturalisation.

Yes. You are under no restrictions.

Yes. Their visa based on you not ur sponsor.
So if I change the job, can my wife and son still apply for the ILR ?
Yes. Shall be granted in line without yours.
When was their initial visa issued?
and I can still apply for my daughter’s naturalisation.

My family got the visa on Nov 5 2014 and they entered UK on Dec 8 2014.

They can apply for ILR no sooner than within 28 days before the 5th anniversary of their initial visa START date, i.e. 5th November 2019 minus 28 days.

Although they got the visa on 5th November 2014 but they entered UK on Dec 8 2014 so I guess the date they can apply ILR will be- 8th Dec 2019 minus 28 days~ 10 Nov 2019 OR 5th November 2019 minus 28 days?
Sorry, just confirming again, if I change my Job after getting my ILR, will it effect their Tier 2 dependent status as their sponsorship will be based on my previous job, please suggest in this scenario whether they can apply for ILR as a Tier 2 dependent, and we can apply for naturalisation for my UK born daughter?

It is no sooner than within 28 days BEFORE the 5th anniversary of the INITIAL VISA ISSUE DATE!!! Clearly stated in the rules and 100s of times on the forum and advised by myself this morning already!!!
You changing your job is irrelevant to your dependents ILR. They are not 'sponsored' by your tier 2 employer. They are ONLY dependent on YOU.

So it will be initial visa date, 5th November 2019 minus 28 days~ on or after 8th of Oct 2019.
Calculating the days outside UK – What dates to be mentioned?

Hi all,
I have to apply for ILR soon, I have a query regarding calculation of dates outside the UK. Please suggest if somebody leaves UK on June 6 and comes back on June 9 (arrived in the morning, stamped in the UK) and joins the work. Will it be OK to write the absence period as June 6 to June 9? If correct then how many days should I write?

Departure and arrival dates are NOT considered as absences.
6/06-9/06= 2 days
But when you mention the absences you note the day you left/arrived.

Say for example, if I left UK on 06/June/2018 and returned back on 09/June/2018, and joined the office on the same day.
I will write period of absence as 06/06/18 to 09/06/18, no. of holidays as -- 02 (counting only June 7 and
, correct?

If I understood correctly, I will mention (departure to arrival dates) in the Set (o) form, i.e. 06/06/18 to 09/06/18 (even if I joined the office on 09/06/18?) and difference between these dates will be counted as 2 days, correct?
Please also suggest in the from the Employer do we need to mention just dates or have to calculate the number of days as well?

that was the purpose of the link. I even posted the pertinent line. You gotta read before repeating the question over and over again.

Dear all,
I am planning to apply for ILR application soon, as a supporting documents please suggest online payslips with University logo is enough or I need to also attach a Letter from the employer confirming the payslips. Moreover, 3 month postal bank statements are enough or do I need to also attach letter from a bank confirming the finance details?

Dear all,
Please suggest for absences from the UK, can I attach a Letter from the Line Manager of the University certifying my absence or it should be specifically from the HR, as in some universities the HR does not look after the employee leaves and Line Manager does that.

Payslips n bank statements are enough. Ho will verify evidence even if you attach justifying documents. Extra docs are a waste of both of ur times..

I would think a line manager would suffice. A bonafide person belonging to ur employers organisation who can verify the contents of the letter when asked..

Ur contracts till dec 2019?
You do have a letter stating that ur required for the foreseeable future by ur employer?

User means 'annual leave(s)' not that he has left the sponsor.

Hello
I am planning to apply for my ILR soon as I am finishing my 5 years on Tier 2 visa in Aug.
My wife and my son will finish their 5 years ~ 8 Dec 2019 and they can apply 28 days before.
As I will be applying now and hope to get my ILR before them so when I apply for their ILR do I need to submit the copy of my current Tier 2 based biometric or ILR based biometric? Moreover do I need to submit my copy of passport as well along with my bank statements.
