Hi
My immigration history
I have came in Uk August 2009 as Student dependant and extended this visa couple of time then switch FLR FP (10 years) after my husband got ILR (10 years route). Never been visa refused or overstay in this period.

So my 10 years long residency is going to complete this month August and also I know 28 days rule.

But I have little confusion about my FLR FP visa as does the time spent on this visa count long residency.
If possible could someone reply some success story in similar situation as mine

Thanks in advance
Zinu

All visas count for ILR based on long residence, even visitor visas.

There have been 100s, I don't have the time or energy to look for old topics about success. Long residence ILR requires only 10 years valid and legal residence. It does not exclude certain visas for example.

You are overthinking maybe and should read the long residence caseworker guidance in the link below.
