Dear members,
I got naturalised as a UK citizen in Feb 2018. My wife will be eligible for ILR this November. I have been self-employed since May 2018 and I would like to get some advice with my current situation.

May 8 2018 - Limited company was set up

July 13 2018 - Started trading using limited company. I was initially using an umbrella company. The business bank account took a while to be opened and the umbrella company required one month notice. So until that time I did not trade using the limited company.

September 2018 to April 2019 - I was working from Republic of Ireland during this time. I did not take any UK salary for this period. I traded using my UK limited company during this period and Irish salary was paid through the UK Limited company's business bank account.
Also, I added my wife as a employee and a shareholder for the UK limited company September 2018. she has UK salary paid from the business bank account to her personal account from this period.

April 2019 till now - Back to UK, working from Scotland

Could you all please suggest/advise how complicated my situation is and what is required for my wife's ILR to be successful.

Company directors must provide their most recent self assessment as evidence of their finances. Payslips are not acceptable. So you need your 2018-19 self assessment
