Hi All
I got my naturalisation certificate on 2nd August 2019. I was in long residency route. My wife came here in UK on February 2014 ,as PBS dependent. Can she apply for ILR now or does she need to wait to complete her 10 years? Her visa is valid until August 2020. She got her last visa as a ILR dependents.
Please advise. Thank you.

No her ILR clock reset to zero when she was granted “ILR dependant”. Will have to wait she’s been here 10 years from date of entry to UK

She cannot get ILR and also cannot stay under PBS dependant as you got ILR under long residence a year ago. She could be refused entry if she travels outside the UK. She needs to switch to FLR(M) and remain under this visa for 5 years or complete her 10 years

Thank you Zimba. She already got her FLR(M) visa for 2.5 years on last year, which is valid till August 2020. My understanding is she need to extend one more time and once 5 years complete she can can apply for ILR?
