Incorrect signature on life in the UK test

Hi. My spouse is applying for ILR (Set M) at the end of the month. She sat and passed her life in the UK test today.
Unfortunately, she signed the certificate in English rather than using her Chinese signature, which is the signature on her passport and BRP. She realised this immediately and asked the test invigilator to let her re-sign it in his presence but he wouldn't permit her to.
Would it be an issue for her to simply sign her Chinese name next to the English signature?
