No. She must do a test that is on HO approved test and test provider list at B1 level minimum. Or she can do UK NARIC UKVI Red Route for the English and comparable assessment of a foreign degree. NARIC costs the same as the B1 test.

It is not acceptable regardless of the level if it is not on the HO approved list. You cannot haggle your way out of providing the required documents. That is not how the rules work

For UK NARIC, it is £150 not £59. You need the UKVI Red Route, English assessment and comparable assessment.

You need to check on NARIC or contact them directly on what the requirements are and accepted degrees are.

Hi
ILR applied in T1 Entrepreneurs team 50K+dependent on 05 December 2019

I am quite worried about ILR Pbs dependent application applied with the same time ILR on the main applicant

Cohabitation document
I uploaded a few of joint and separate cohabitation documents and some of the documents are months old
According to the online application form
Up to a maximum of 2 years of evidence

Query1: Is this okay or need some more evidence?

Query2: Can I send more Cohabitation documents and where I need to send or wait for a decision?

Refrain from acting on your own. You will be contacted if more is required

No, such refusals are almost nonexistent
