Hi everyone,

First of all thank you to everyone who share their experiences and knowledge in this forum.

I have completed my 5 years on spouse visa and i am in the process of applying for ilr on super priority soon i just need some guidance please regarding the supporting documents.can someone kindly check the list below and advise me if it is missing anything.

Setm form.

Passport size pictures.

My three passports two expired and current one.

My spouses uk passport

My newborn baby’s uk passport

Financial requirements:-

We both earn over the requires threshold but i just want to know my wife was on maternity leave and she has gone back on her full pay from the past four months. Will that be an issue. I can provide all the documents from hospital for maternity confirmation.

Cohabitation documents:

Will these be from the date of the last spouse visa issued? Or for the full five years.

Accommodation. House is solely owned by my wife(mortgage) will the land registry and bank confirmation be enough or will i need something else as well.

I have B1 certificate and life in the uk test confirmation.

Any help would be really appreciated. :)

If you earn more than threshold your wife's work situation is not relevant then. Cohabitation documents covering the last two years using 3 different sources

Regarding the accomodation.

What documents would i require.

The house is solely owned(mortgaged) by my wife.

We have the land registry certificate.

Solicitors letter confirming mortgage is complete and a mortgage statement. Would i need anything else like house report etc? Also my mother in law and father in law live with us as well so do we beed some sort of letters from them as well?

Secondly:- my son who was born here is a british national what documents would i need to submit for him i have his passport but so i need to send them his birth certificate as well.

Also is the income threshold 19600 or would it be 22400.

Thank you so much in advance.

For accomodation land registry, mortgage statement and council tax will be sufficient. Since your child is british who is exempted from financial threshold so the correct financial threshold will be £18600.
